GoodMaps Trial Survey
Overview
Thank you for taking an interest in our GoodMaps trial.
GoodMaps is an inclusive indoor navigation and wayfinding app. The free GoodMaps app provides precise, turn-by-turn directions to lifts, toilets, food and drink options, and more. Blind and visually impaired visitors can use the GoodMaps app instead of, or in addition to, sighted assistance. The app also benefits visitors using wheelchairs, pushchairs, or carrying heavy luggage, and potentially others, by guiding users to step-free and accessible routes.
Transport for Greater Manchester are currently trialling GoodMaps in the following locations: Shudehill Interchange; Bolton Interchange; Manchester Victoria Metrolink; Manchester Piccadilly Metrolink, Manchester Airport Metrolink.
The trial is running from late February to late May, and we are keen to hear your thoughts on your experiences using the GoodMaps app, as you travel around Greater Manchester.
Anyone can download the free GoodMaps app to their smartphone and try it out in one of our above locations.
Once the trial period ends, we will evaluate app usage data, and any feedback we receive, to help determine whether to expand the app to other key locations across the Bee Network.
Please help us by completing this short user survey, it should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Alternatively, you can contact us with comments via email to engagement@tfgm.com, or by calling 0161 244 1000.
