About Your Setting
In this section you will be asked general questions about your setting including your location, hours, number of places offered to children and number of children in attendance.
Some questions are mandatory as they will determine which questions you are asked next as they differ for childminders and groups/academy trusts. This is to ensure the survey is as streamlined as possible.
If you are part of a group or an academy trust
If you are part of a group or an academy trust with more than one site, please complete the full survey separately for each individual setting, repeating the survey to reflect each setting. To note, you only need to complete for settings based in Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, and Rochdale.
