Culture Strategy for Greater Manchester 2024-2030

Closed 26 Apr 2024

Opened 2 Apr 2024

Overview

In June 2024, Greater Manchester will publish a new strategy which will cover culture, heritage and the creative industries in Greater Manchester.

To make sure that the strategy is fit for purpose we will be carrying out a period of engagement, where we’ll be asking people from across the sector and within their communities whether we are -

  • On the right lines in our thinking
  • If there are things we have missed
  • Or if  there are things people don’t think should be in our strategy.

We want to hear from our partners who have the best community relationships about what they think and what the people they work with think.

Why your views matter

Whether you’re a cultural organisation, sector support body, community group or local authority colleague we’re asking for your help in holding these conversations and feeding back what is important to people.

Partners from across the cultural sector have established and trusted relationships within their communities and will bring a much richer conversation and insight to our final strategy.

By working together we want to tackle challenges and capitalise on the collective opportunities.
