Fire Fit Stakeholder Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We are seeking your feedback on the GMFRS Fire Fit Programme to help us understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.

This survey is anonymous, and all responses will be treated as confidential. The information you provide will be used solely for service evaluation, learning, and continuous improvement. All data collected will be aggregated for analysis, meaning individual responses will not be identifiable.

Please do not include any personally identifying details, particularly in relation to individual prisoners or staff, in your responses.

We kindly ask that this survey is completed within three weeks of the Fire Fit programme ending, while the experience is still fresh.

Why your views matter

Findings from this feedback will be used to inform internal learning and development and will be reported through mechanisms such as annual evaluation or performance reports, where appropriate. We will also share key themes and learning with relevant partners to support transparency and improvement.
