1. Do you support the introduction of a Good Employment Culture level as a progression beyond the current Good Employment Charter standards?
2. What should distinguish a Good Employment Culture organisation from one that simply meets the Charter's existing employment standards?
3. Which aspects of workplace culture should be assessed as part of a Good Employment Culture level (e.g. trust, inclusion, leadership, employee voice, collaboration, wellbeing, purpose)?
4. How important is it that a Good Employment Culture assessment reflects employee lived experiences, rather than relying solely on policies and documentation?
5. What evidence would give you confidence that an organisation genuinely has a positive employment culture?
6. Should the Good Employment Culture level be assessed through self-assessment, employee feedback, independent verification, or a combination of approaches?
7. What benefits would encourage organisations to work towards a Good Employment Culture level (e.g. recognition, accreditation, talent attraction, productivity improvements, increased profit, peer learning, public procurement opportunities)?
8. What challenges should be considered to ensure a Good Employment Culture level is accessible, credible and valuable for organisations of different sizes and sectors?
